Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. This policy applies to everyone using WarmQuant, including Free users and paid subscribers, and to source text, writing instructions, custom prompts, personas and generated drafts.

Permitted use

Use WarmQuant to edit and adapt lawful text you have permission to use for professional, educational and everyday communication. WarmQuant is an English text-writing tool. Review generated drafts for accuracy, rights and suitability before sharing them.

Sexual and NSFW content is prohibited

You must not use WarmQuant to generate, rewrite, expand, solicit or distribute sexual, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic or otherwise NSFW content. Sexual roleplay, sexting, sexualized abuse and content intended for sexual gratification are prohibited. Any sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

AI NCII and non-consensual sexual exploitation

AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII) is prohibited. You must not use WarmQuant to create, promote, solicit, distribute or facilitate non-consensual intimate images or videos, sexual deepfakes, or instructions and prompts intended to produce them. This includes sexualized impersonation, abuse involving a real person without consent, and any sexual exploitation of minors. WarmQuant provides text writing only; Google sign-in is used for account services, not to obtain material for these prohibited uses.

Other prohibited uses and content

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, malware, or instructions facilitating criminal wrongdoing.
• Hate, discriminatory abuse, targeted harassment, threats, extremist recruitment, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
• Impersonation, deceptive claims, fabricated testimonials or evidence, spam, or manipulation of reviews, engagement or audiences.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized use of someone else’s material, plagiarism, or selling work you do not have rights to distribute.
• Academic cheating, homework or essay-mill services, or submitting generated work deceptively as an assessment of your own ability.
• Exposing private personal information without lawful authorization, doxxing, or submitting passwords, API keys or other access credentials.
• Facilitating prohibited gambling, regulated financial transactions, trading execution, or other unlawful or unauthorized regulated activities.
• Bypassing safeguards, usage limits, payment requirements or account restrictions, including through custom instructions or personas.

Safeguards and enforcement

Our AI writing instructions require refusal of prohibited content. Custom prompts and personas do not override this policy. Automated safeguards have limitations; you remain responsible for your inputs and how you use outputs. We may refuse requests, restrict or suspend access, or remove material that violates this policy. We assess reports and may request relevant information before taking action. Access restrictions do not remove any rights or obligations under applicable law or our Terms.
