Fill the fields from known information
Use customer questions, agreed project context or information the reader provided. Do not fill demographic, income or behavioral fields merely because a template has space for them. A reader persona is not evidence that every member of a group has the same needs.
- Background: concepts you can rely on or need to explain.
- Pain points: the actual questions the text should answer.
- Goal: the decision or understanding the reader needs next.
- Preferences: the level of detail and format that help this task.
An illustrative completed brief
For a fictional first-time buyer comparing text writing tools: Background — knows basic AI drafting but has not used this studio. Question — can I keep my own facts and edit the result? Goal — decide whether a pasted-text English workflow fits. Preferences — a direct description, a short source/draft comparison and explicit input limits.
This teaching example is not a customer study. Replace it with your own confirmed context before using it.
Save and use your reader brief
Every WarmQuant account can save up to five reader personas. In Custom personas, add a Reader entry with background, pain points, goals and preferences. Choose it in the advanced studio with a creator persona or writing prompt.
The public reader profiles are starting briefs you can customize. WarmQuant uses the text you enter; it does not research your audience, infer personal attributes or guarantee conversion. Review the result against both the source and the reader's task.
Copy the template
Fill this with your own source text and context. You can use the template without creating an account.
