How to use the template

Copy the template or download the plain text version below. Fill it with a real piece of work, rather than an invented content campaign. You do not need to complete every line: retain the context that could change the draft.

Start with one output. For example, turn a founder's product notes into an explanation for prospective users. Only create another version when a different audience or format has a clear purpose.

Keep a stable source for every version

Write down the facts before changing the presentation. This helps you notice when a rewrite adds a claim, drops a condition or turns uncertainty into certainty. If the source is incomplete, add the missing detail yourself before asking for a more persuasive draft.

Do not treat a copied URL as source material. WarmQuant accepts the actual text pasted into the studio; it does not import links, files, audio or video. A multimedia workflow needs tools with those input types.

Separate the author from the reader

The creator brief explains who is speaking and how. The reader brief explains who needs the message and why. Keep these separate so changing the audience does not accidentally change the author's point of view.

A Free account can use one-off voice and reader hints. Every account lets you save five creator personas and five reader personas for repeated work. The downloaded template itself is free to read and fill; saving those profiles in the application requires a free account.

A checklist for the final human pass

Read the draft beside the original. Then read it as the target reader. A version that sounds fluent can still answer the wrong question or omit the detail that matters most.

  • Are all numbers, features and outcomes supported by the source?
  • Does the opening answer this reader's question?
  • Does the wording fit the creator sample?
  • Have you preserved conditions and uncertainty?
  • Have you saved the edits before leaving the studio?
  • Is the piece ready for your own publishing decision?

Use the same process without building a larger system

Use Rewrite or another writing angle for the first draft. Use platform adaptation when you need X, Reddit, Quora or blog structure. Each writing action uses a generation; copying and downloading an existing draft do not create a new one.

You can use this template outside WarmQuant too. Its purpose is to make the decisions explicit. It is not an automated distribution plan, content calendar or promise of engagement.
